As a founder and operator, he has built and scaled businesses, managed complex projects, and navigated high-stakes decisions. Experiences that translate naturally to advising clients through meaningful real estate transactions. His professional real estate background includes office brokerage, retail brokerage, and development project management, providing a comprehensive understanding of how properties are valued, positioned, and brought to life.

In addition to his real estate work, Brian founded a nationally scaled beverage business, launched, operated & stabilized a West End-based athletic facility called Squash on Fire, advises startup founders, and is the editor of The Long View Journal, an independent publication focused on how places are formed through design, how inhabitants shape culture, and how local institutions contribute to vibrant, resilient communities. This perspective informs Brian’s residential practice, where he emphasizes neighborhood character, architectural integrity, and long-term livability alongside financial considerations.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
