At Wardman Residential, we believe that "home" extends far beyond your front door—it’s the streets you walk, the neighbors you wave to, and the incredible local businesses that give our DMV neighborhoods their unique soul. One of our favorite ways to celebrate the vibrancy of the DC Metro area is through our world-class dining scene. Winter in Washington is the perfect time to shake off the frost by gathering around a table with friends and family to support the culinary community that makes our region so special.

From January 19–25, 2026, the Metropolitan Washington Winter Restaurant Week returns, featuring hundreds of participating locations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This season, diners can enjoy specially curated three-course, fixed-price menus with lunch and brunch offered at $25 or $35, and multi-level dinner options at $40, $55, or $65. Many restaurants will also feature optional wine or cocktail pairings to round out your experience. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore a new neighborhood or revisit a local favorite while celebrating the District’s premier dining scene.
